This class is for anyone who wonders "what is in my beer, besides deliciousness?" Learn about the 4 main ingredients, a few different ways to get started, and a (very) little bit about the different styles of beer.
(Please note that since we're at a school, no actual beer will be present. Much joy will be had talking about beer, though.)

About the Teacher, Tim Cailloux: Tim Cailloux isn't an expert on beer, he's just an afficianado. He founded the Zymurgy Society at Georgia Tech and is half Belgian, so he's genetically predisposed to fermented beverages.
