This class will help adults who are experiencing stress identify potential strategies to reduce stress levels and increase relaxation, thereby promoting wellness. This class will include experiential elements such as breathing techniques, guided meditation, and gentle movement, plus a lot of music! This class is especially recommended for caregivers, college students, and professionals who work in stressful environments. No prior experience needed.

About the Teachers Natalie Generally and Caroline Beson: Caroline Beson has always had a deep love for music and for people of all types. She received a Bachelors degree in Music Performance and then completed her Music Therapy undergraduate work at Charleston Southern University. Caroline maintains board certification as a music therapist, and is licensed in the state of Georgia. She has experience working in hospice care and special education; she especially enjoys offering support to caregivers. Caroline also teaches private bassoon lessons, enjoys cycling and yoga, and making homemade bread.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Emory University and completed her Masters of Music Education (M.M.Ed.) and Music Therapy equivalency at the University of Georgia. Natalie is a Board Certified Music Therapist and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. She completed specialized training with The National Institute for Infant and Child Medical Music Therapy and has worked with various populations, including premature infants, Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients, substance abuse clients, school-aged children with autism and developmental delays, cochlear implant recipients, adults with developmental delays, and children with severe emotional behavioral disorders. Natalie is also a certified music teacher in the state of Georgia and works with pre-K through grade 12 special needs students in the Fulton County school system. She serves as the Continuing Education Chair for the South-Eastern Region of AMTA (SER-AMTA) and is the past President of MTAG. Natalie resides in Fairburn, GA with her sons, Steven and Jonathan and their Golden Retriever, Lila Rose.
